How to shop

In order to shop on Teno website, please follow the instruction below.

  1. Find a wide variety of desired products & items. Select your preferred size and color.
  2. Click  [Add to cart] on the bottom of the same page. Click [Checkout] if you are done with the shopping.
  3. You may view the order summary [View cart] and apply [Coupon] if you have any coupon discount to use. Proceed [PROCEED TO CHECKOUT] once confirmed or [Return to shop]
  4. You will be requested to create an account & complete the billing and shipping address if you are not logged in or linked with an online account.
  5. Choose your payment option
    i) Direct bank transfer
    ii)Ksher payment (choose from the various payment method)
  6. Click [Placeorder] Once everything is confirmed and it will redirect you to the payment page.
  7. You will receive an order confirmation email after payment is made.

Q. Can I make a change to my order?
Please be informed that we are unable to change your order details once confirmed.

Q. What happens if any item in my order is not available?
If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable or out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone call from our customer care center. A refund will be made to you accordingly to the paid item value.

Shipping and Delivery

Q. About TENO Delivery Method, Charges, and Estimated Delivery Timeline?

Standard Delivery-Thailand

We will deliver your online order to your shipping address via our assigned courier service. Delivery charges are between 50 – 100 THB depending on the specified location in the provinces across Thailand.

 

How to Exchange

Q. What should I do if I have received the wrong size or color product or a damaged product?

In the unlikely event that you have received incorrect or damaged product(s), you may proceed to return the product(s) and contact our customer care team via our Contact Us page

Exchange Policy

Please read our policy below for further details and information.

  1. Any store and online purchase cannot be processed to return at all costs.
  2. Product(s) can be returned for exchange, provided the product(s) must meet the following conditions;  original product packaging, price tags attached, unworn, unwashed, free of scent (pet, smoke, perfume, etc.). All items must be proved by the original TENO purchase.
  3. No exchanges will be processed without a proved of purchase.
  4. Exchange can proceed only once and an Exchange Fee will be Store’s responsibility
  5. For exchanges of product(s) of an equivalent or lower price, no refunds will be given.
  6. For exchanges to product(s) of a higher price, you will be required to pay the difference.
  7. Product(s) sold at DISCOUNT/PROMOTION prices due to defects according to the written condition cannot be returned.
  8. For any exchanges, TENO employees will determine whether an item is eligible for return. All TENO employees have been trained regarding our policies and procedures for returns.
  9. Manufacturing defects are considered for exchange/store credit within 14 days of the original purchase. These exchanges will not be possible until it is determined to in fact be a manufacturing defect and not due to wear or improper washing.
  10. TENO Thailand reserves the right to the final decision.
  11. TENO Thailand reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
